How we rate retatrutide vendors

Every score on RetaRadar comes from one formula, applied to facts we record from each vendor’s website, state business registries and review platforms. The full formula is below, and each review shows the points a vendor earned on each check and why.

Step 1: listing rules

A shop has to pass all of these to be ranked. The rules are the same for every vendor:

1. Ships to US addresses and actually sells retatrutide (code-named products count only if the shop identifies them as retatrutide).
2. Public prices — no “contact us for a quote”.
3. A normal online store with a cart and checkout. Shops that take orders only through Telegram, WhatsApp, email or a form are not listed.
4. A dated lab report for retatrutide.
5. No dosing content: no dosing schedules, protocols, titration charts or dose and reconstitution calculators anywhere on the site.
6. No steroids, SARMs, HGH, HCG, testosterone or prescription drugs in the catalog — and no hard signs of a scam (a copied site, a lab report borrowed from someone else, widespread reports of orders that never arrived, a checkout that does not work).

One exception, disclosed: our sponsored partner, LeoLab, is listed in the #1 position because it pays for that position, without going through these listing rules. Its review shows anything that would otherwise matter, under “Worth knowing”.

Step 2: the score — six checks, 100 points

Each check is pass or fail, and every ranked shop — our sponsored partner included — goes through the same list. The shipping check is adapted to the US market: stock has to ship from inside the US.

Score = sum of the points for every check passed. Price level is not scored — the rankings table lets you sort by price and by price per milligram instead.

Notes we add but do not score

Some facts matter to readers but are not part of the score. Where they apply, each review lists them under “Worth knowing”: pre-filled pens, needles or syringes sold, weight-loss claims, dosing content (partner only — other shops with it are not listed), no legal entity named on the site, and review profiles removed by a platform.

Step 3: badges and order

• Excellent: 90 points or more.
• Good: 70 to 89 points.

LeoLab appears first under “Our Top Pick” and is labeled “Sponsored partner · Paid placement”. Everyone else is ordered by score; ties are broken alphabetically. Several vendors can share a score of 100.

How we check

• We record prices, stock and policies from each vendor’s own pages and note the date. Prices are shown in US dollars, before shipping and sales tax.
• When a shop names a legal entity, we look for it in the relevant state business registry or on OpenCorporates.
• We record lab reports as the vendor publishes them. Janoshik’s verification site blocks automated access, so we match reports by hand; each review says whether a report has been matched on the lab’s site.
• We check review platforms on the same day.
• We do not buy products or test them ourselves, and we do not accept free samples.

In our current round (October 1, 2026) we checked 62 US-facing retatrutide sellers in detail: 24 are ranked and 38 are not listed.
