US shop selling retatrutide as 'VLS-3RT' in 10, 20, 30 and 60 mg vials ($69.99–$215.99). ILS Laboratories reports for all four sizes (May–July 2026) checked out on the lab's portal. Product pages, the COA library and checkout need a free account.

- Entity named on the site, but no matching registry record found
- The five ILS reports were opened on portal.ils-lab.com and match the vendor's PDFs (client Voltera Sciences, identity Retatrutide). The 20 mg report shows purity as 100.00%.
- Two ILS reports (COA-2026-954317, lot RT30-07082026, and COA-2026-412621, lot RT30.05.15.2026) share accession ACC-2026-2048, analysis date 05/08/2026 and identical results (99.62%, 30.64 mg). So one test was issued twice under two different lot numbers, and the 'RT30-07082026' lot name post-dates the test.
- Kovera report KVR-2026-BD858D (VLS-3RT 20 mg) prints tirzepatide's formula and CAS (C225H348N48O68, 2023788-19-2) instead of retatrutide's. The other two Kovera reports print retatrutide's CAS 2381089-83-2. Kovera's portal found all three report IDs, but the report contents did not load for comparison.
